Well folks now that the wedding is over I have put the running shoes on again and will be taking to the streets of  Sheffield on October 9th to take part in the Great Yorkshire Run. 

No change in the charity - Help for Heroes - gets my support once again.  After all I now have a serving son-in-law!!  Carl is training for Afghanistan with his Regiment and departs in April 2012 for another 6  month tour.You were all very generous last time and I am sure that you will dig deep into your pockets once more to support this cause.
