Fundraising for Cardiac Risk in the Young

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Tuesday 17th July, I will be completing a sponsored cycle to work as part of Challenge 2012.

I will cycle from Bishop Stortford all the way to Canary Wharf and BACK again in one day! My journey will total over 80 miles!

I have decided to raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young in memory of a Waitrose Hospitality Partner, Jenny Kerwood, who sadly passed away suddenly at the age of 22.

Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.
