Foolishly perhaps, I'm taking part in the Bristol Half Marathon on 9 September 2007, power walking the 13.1 miles to raise money for Children's Hospice South West and would really welcome your support. This will be the 3rd and probably last time I'm going to attempt this - and try to get close to 3hrs into the bargain.

It cost £12 million to build the new hospice near Bristol, which opened in April this year. Those of you who sponsored me last year helped a lot.  Thank You. Now they need £6 million a year to run the hospices here and in Barnstable. These are the ONLY hospices specifically for children in the whole of the South West.
