Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
Just back from South America and the fantastic trek experience. Evidence of my having arrived at the destination is featured in the picture on this page - me at Machu Picchu after a long hot day's trekking!
When you have been fundraising for a year you do wonder about constantly asking people for funds to support you with all of the other pressures we face. Having had the chance to visit two of the projects in Peru which your funds will support any doubts were quashed. Both the maternal house project and the child malnutrition project were fabulous examples of both UNICEF support and community development.
Needless to say I have lots of pics and I am more than happy to deliver presentations to groups/organisations or just chat over a coffee! Of course any spare cash to close that fundraising gap would also be appreciated!
Regards,
Steve
PS Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: UNICEF UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
