Having recently lost my beautiful sister Vivienne to ovarian cancer, I would like to raise funds to support research aimed at improving early diagnosis of the disease.

FACT: 11 women die every day from ovarian cancer, and as well as low awareness of the symptoms ovarian cancer faces chronic underfunding compared with other cancers. Target Ovarian Cancer works to ensure women are diagnosed sooner and given the best chances of survival by raising awareness and training GPs and GP nurses, we fund life-saving research into new treatments and provide support to women with ovarian cancer and their families through our face-to-face events, support line and Information Standard accredited guides
