Last year I swam the River Dart 10K which took me 3 hours and 31 minutes, and this year I have decided to swim around Brownsea Island which is a 6.5K swim and hopefully will take only 2 hours and 30 minutes, although I am told the tide is against us for the last few kilometres. I have decided to raise some sponsership for RLSS Poole Lifeguard who supply lifeguard supervision in Poole Dorset area.
