My wonderful healthy vibrant father was diagnosed with motor neurone disease (ALS )  in October 2017 , a very cruel life shortening disease  that has no cure  , every day is a struggle for him to eat , walk , simple tasks that we all take for granted , is the hardest task every  single day . We have been through the darkest of days , but as a family we have pulled together to support Mum and Dad through this .

On the 19 th May I will be running for the  https://www.mndassociation.org/ an association that has supported my family and dad through the hard times , this association relies totally on volunteers and a Motor neurone cure is being researched through various trials .. if you can find the time to log onto the website you will find out more about this terrible disease .. and Only if you are able too I would appreciate you donating to this wonderful association even a few pence ..
