Help me help Children with cancer

Many of you who know me will also know that 7 years ago I lost my beautiful niece, Mollie, to Leukaemia. She would now have been 18 years old. Her tenacity, strength and "never give up" attitude continues to inspire me and my family and friends to raise money for The Emily Ash Trust. This year I am competing in the "Tri for Life" triathlon on 8th September and my son Chris and I recently competed in the Human Race ride on 30th June over 100km as a warm up!.

Last year I clocked a time of 1hr 31 minutes for the Triathlon and 4hr 40 minutes for the 100km Human Race. The Human Race was part of a stricter training regime this year as attempt to role back the years and beat last years Tri for Life time.
