My beautiful and wonderful mother died on 3rd May 2013 after a short but courageous battle against pancreatic and liver cancer.  She was loved by all who met her and was a wonderful wife to Kevn, mother to myself and Liz and grandmother to Amy and Ella.

As such I will be running the Bath Half Marathon in March 2014 to raise money for a wonderful, wonderful cause. 

In her final weeks she was cared for by the Severn Hospice in Shrewsbury who care for people who are living with complex and progressive illness and to sustain the quality of their life and to provide relief from pain and other distressing symptoms.

The Severn Hospice are an indepenent charity and rely on public fundraising to be able to provide the wonderful support and care that they give to patients and families alike.
