I have had depression for the majority of my life and as I'm working through it I want to give something back. Mind does great work raising awareness and support for people with mental health issues.

So far I am doing this run, organising a raffle and having a cake made which will be featured on Channel 4's Extreme Cake Makers.

Please donate as much or as little as you can, it all goes to a great cause, as mental health is something we all need support with.
