Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've taken part in the Grocery Aid Windermere Row on 9 occaisons but this is my 30th anniversary year in the industry (thank you Booker!!) and something different would seem to be appropriate to celebrate such a milestone.

The training's hard but I'm up to 50 miles on a good day and still able to walk after getting off the bike. Still a fair way to go but well worth the effort. As I get fitter, hopefully so will the grocery Aid bank balance.
