Ok it's that time again!!!

I will be running the adidas 1/2 marathon (hopefully in 1;30mins)

in aid of the rainbow trust children's charity (please see link)

Any donation will be greatfully received and will help the charity continue their fantastic work.

As usual there is also the pleasure of seeing me suffer!!!
