Lost my big sis last year at the tender young age of 50, It sort of streightens out your perspective in life, and as a result I decided to set myself a big chalange to get my health and fitness under controle, not had a road bike in 30 years so i have an awfull lot of training to to, first goal is to do 100 miles for my 50th birthday in July then the 1050 miles ofLands end to John O'Groats this time next year (I need the time to train myself)
