When cancer strikes a member of your family it turns the world upside down. You need all the help that you can get and cancer charities provide vital support to both the cancer sufferer and their family.

Growing a beard for Christmas sounds fun anyway and is a good audition for a future career move as I just know the beard will come out grey :).
