Story
Many of you know that I am relatively active typically running 2 or 3 10km runs a week plus a decent hike here and there. I have been thinking about doing a personal challenge for a while so here it is. During the 30 days of June I will run or hike a minimum of 300km, so that is an average of 10km per day every day. The weather in Hong Kong is now roasting hot so it is going to be tough. The best way you can encourage me is to dig deep and give generously. Unicef do some fantastic work for children across the globe and every $ that you donate makes a difference. I will be posting regular updates on this page so you can follow my progress and I will upload GPS stats from all of my runs/hikes to my Facebook page as evidence.
