Hi Friends and colleagues. I will be running the Cardiff half Marathon again this year and  I am hoping to raise a little money for Macmillan as each £ raised will help ease someone's misery.

Both my father and step father suffered with cancer. Then my mother had a mastectomy 2 years ago but through chemo she has made a full recovery.

Now I have had the worst news possible. My family has been hit by this disease again and someone very close to me is facing surgery and treatment. 

Macmillan will be supporting us through all this, so please help me to give a little back by sponsoring my run.
