Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In June 2019 I will take part in the iconic London to Brighton bike ride for the first time.
My aim is to raise much-needed funds for research into heart disease, a condition which claimed the lives of both my parents with little warning, my father dying suddenly and prematurely at just 44 years of age.
A keen cyclist in my teens, I only recently got back in the saddle, a lifetime of back problems having provided one of many convenient excuses for not exercising enough as an adult. This will be my biggest cycling challenge in 40 years and I hope you'll spare a few pounds, euros or dollars to support me.
