 I am running the Bupa Manchester 10k on May 15th to raise money for Diabetes UK. My brother in law Paul Walton suffered from Diabetes all his life and sadly died in October last year aged 53. Paul was the bravest man i've ever met and a wonderful person.  It is a real privilege to have know him. I'll be doing the run with his son Matthew and his nephew Robert. It sounds easy but i've already pulled my hamstring, got a very sore foot and also have a dodgy back so i'm finding training hard going never mind the run!
