Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving Page.

This year were are raising money in memory of our friend and collegue Adam Denham.

It was with great sadness that Adam Denham passed away in the early hours of Thursday 30th May. Adam had suffered a brain haemorrhage in February and after initially making good progress, he struggled to recover and passed away quitely at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.

Adam Came to work at Borras when he was 28 and during his 12 years with special works he started as a site manager progressing to a Contracts Manager. We all came to appreciate his engaging character coupled with his professionalism.

Adam's funeral was held on Friday 7th June at the Chilterns Crematorium. Those who were able to attend were able to see the positive affect Adam had on so many people. The crematorium believed it was their largest ever attendance.

The family requested any donations be made to the Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust (www.tvacaa.org). The trust, which serves the counties of Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, played a vital role in getting Adam to Hospital following his accident.
