Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On August 1st I will be taking part in the Mazda London Triathlon to raise money for the new 60-bedroom Ronald McDonald House in Birmingham.
This will be the largest custom built Ronald McDonald House in Europe, providing free accommodation for up to 240 parents and siblings of sick children being treated at Birmingham Children's Hospital, one of the top four specialist children's hospitals in the UK. The total cost of the project is £7 million, so every penny really does count!
The race consists of a 750 metre swim (in the murky waters of the Docklands!), followed by a 20km cycle and a 5km run.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Your support is greatly appreciated, and will make a real difference to families with children in hospital.
So please dig deep and donate now.
Many Thanks,
Steve
