We wanted as a team to raise some money in 2018 for a fantastic charity close to both our hearts that works tirelessly for people with a learning disability and their families. We need your help to achieve this!
Our target is to raise £3,500 between us for Mencap. Please help. Your donation will go directly to providing personalised support for people with a learning disability and their families. Your money helps Mencap offer support to thousands of people across the UK and helps develop skills and confidence to lead a fulfilling and happy life.
This is Steve's first marathon and given that he has a bad back, bad knees, a bad hip, shoulder and ankle it will be a miracle if he gets around even if he has lost 3 stone over the last few years! David has run the London marathon before and is determined not to let his mate Steve who has only just started running and who is permanently injured beat him at his first attempt!
