In June next year, i will be joining Help for Heroes for their Annual Big Battlefield Bike ride. This will be my 12th BBBR. To raise funds for this ride i have set myself several challenges. These challenges will push me to my limits, and i hope you will support me.

In May i will be cycling 400 miles through Sri Lanka

In June i am staging my 6th Cycle 4 Heroes event. to date this ride has raised over £70,000.
