Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am running the Great North Run this year for a number of reasons.. one being the fact I'm 40 this year eek and the other being the fact I'm getting a bit tubby and really need to loose some of my chubby gut!
Last ran in 2012 and promised myself every year since that I'd do it. 5 years later and I've signed up and now the training starts.
The Great North Air Ambulance - a fantastic charity and reliant wholly on donations!
Although I've never called on them for help I do see it land at Newcastle's RVI from my front window and realise how much worse off we, in the north east would be without these guys. They are true life-savers and don't just rescue fallers from the lakes.. they cover the whole region and one day may just help you, a friend or colleague......
