Thank you for stopping by on my fund raising page, this year I have chosen a charity close to home and close to me to support.

I Care is Kent Community Health's Charity, and KCH support me in my clinical needs for HIV.

I have been living with HIV since 2018 and am now Undetectable, Kent Community Health are increasing their peer support programs for those of is living with a HIV diagnosis, and to do this they need your support to build a base of funds they can use to provide some of the following:

• Peer Mentor Training and support.
• Peer support group.
• Training and support of clinicians which is outside of the NHS remit.
• Additional support to those living with HIV that may be necessary.

Any amount you can spare is greatly appreciated.
