February is not a good month in Antalis Dartford, my stroke experience occurred just before lockdown 2020 and my colleague Anna Francis, experienced hers in 2021.
Hopefully I am fully recovered and Anna is working hard on a full recovery after suffering a worse experience than I and has recently returned to work.
Realising how lucky I had been, made me think it would be good to raise some money for the Stroke Association.
I am a keen runner, normally only 3 miles at a time so 13 is a bit out of my comfort zone
