Theo's school takes part in Stonepillow's The Big Sleep Out in the grounds of Chichester Cathedral.

This year, Theo is now old enough to participate and he has kindly volunteered me to join him, so we'll be sleeping in our own cardboard shelter to give us a little insight into what it is like to sleep rough.

Stonepillow offers shelter, information and support to empower homeless and vulnerable individuals to make positive changes in their lives. They are a homeless charity for the Chichester and Arun Districts providing a recovery journey for their clients which focuses on the key areas of health, housing and work.

Please give anything you can spare as it all makes a massive difference to those less fortunate than we are.
