Wednesday 6th July update

Had a revelation yesterday. Blackpool = sea level, Old Trafford = 40M above sea level (Wikipedia), therefore - downhill all the way!

On Sunday 10th July I'll be taking part in the Christies Manchester to Blackpool charity bike ride. Weaving it's way along the finest asphalt the North West has to offer I'm hoping to cover the 60 plus miles in around 6 hours. Unfortunatley the starting line is outside the doors of Old Trafford but at least that should give me the encouragement to pedal away as fast as possible.
