The past few months have been tough for everyone but coronavirus has hit people affected by dementia the hardest and continues to disrupt lives. Being a carer of someone who has dementia, I know first hand how difficult it is to keep reminding your loved one of what day it is, what things have happened in the day and to help them not feel so scared when they wake up and forget where or who you are. No one should have to do this alone. They should get the help and respite they deserve and so desperately need. This is a hard battle for all involved. Help me to help them please..
