My lovely Dad Arthur Lavers has suffered from Alzheimer's for the past 20 years.

 His 98th birthday (and my 61st) is on July 1st 2020. Given the Coronavirus outbreak I can't currently visit my Dad and want to use this time to make a difference. 850,000 steps is roughly the distance from London to Inverness (550 miles).

 I have chosen to support the Alzheimer's Society who are supporting people with dementia and raising awareness of the disease and its devastating effects on people we love.
