As most of you know, I suffer with anxiety & mental health is therefore so important to me. The Lucy Rayner foundation is an amazing & inspirational local charity with a heartbreaking story behind it & I want to do anything I can to support them, as well as to better my mental health at the same time.

I am therefore taking on a 31 day challenge of my own ‘31 day yoga journey’ following a YouTube series (and will be time lapsing each day as evidence) and it would mean the world to me if you could donate/sponsor and support me. I know yoga doesn’t sound like much to most people, but for me to take 30-40 minutes out of each day for 31 days to focus on calming my mind, relieving my anxieties and concentrating on my breathing, mental health and myself - well that’s a big deal for me! 🤍
