This is my first solo charity endeavor, and the first that has been close to my heart.  

Last October I lost my uncle, Craig, to cancer.  He was only 41 years old.  

Running for 5 minutes is something that has the power to crush my lungs and turn my legs into a wobbly, useless jelly.  I'm going to run for 5 kilometers for Craig.

Charities like macmillan cancer support help people and families suffering from this disease.  With our support, they can continue to do the great work they do.
