Against a nagging/caring girlfriend and some expert advice not to do the marathon this year as I've injured my knee... After a hell of a lot of pondering. I have decided that as I'm still fit and kicking I am definitely going to do the LONDON MARATHON 2015...🏃 I'm not going to let a bit of pain stop me from accomplishing my goal. I've got some magic tape which should help 💫 Now to pick up my number... This is for you David Carvell

Back training after my injury. going well until someone nearly ran me over. He obviously didn't see the red light he was meant to stop at lol...

The fluid on my knee has finally gone. hopefully now I can get back into training 💪

Fucked the cartilage in my knees but won't be letting the lack of cartilage stop me from running the London Marathon for the Children's Heart Federation. But also need your help too plz.
