Hi and thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  I' ve decided to canoe across the English Channel for Odyssey, as you do, and thought you might like the opportunity to help Odyssey by sponsoring this endeavour.  We aim to cross on July 12th or the next best opportunity if the weather is not right on that day. We intend to leave Dover at   05 30 hrs. and will hopefully arrive on the French shores sometime around midday.  Nomad have very kindly lent us some new sea canoes for the crossing so there will be no equipment excuses!  I'll keep you posted on the trip which should be about 24miles, ish...  meanwhile we're training hard,  Thanks again,  Steve
