I am taking part in the Jane Tomlinson's Leeds 10k on 19th June in memory of my mum and dad, Val and Mick Dungworth in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

For anyone who has received help from the Macmillan nurses, you will know the invaluable support they provide for not only their patient, but also relatives and close friends dealing with this devastating illness.  I sadly lost my mum in March 2006 and then my dad in August 2009, and would now like to give back to Macmillan after they provided much needed support to me at this difficult time.
