Story
On Sunday 28th April I’m running the 2019 London Marathon to support The Royal British Legion.
This is a celebration of the enduring fundraising partnership between the family business my father started in 1945, 288 Group, and The Royal British Legion. Together we have raised over £1,000,000 for the Legion, through the sale of Poppy Appeal coins.
On a personal level I'm also running in memory of my great uncle, Corporal Henry Allen, known as Harry, who died at the age of 20, in France during August 1918.
Please support The Legion in their work with our veterans and the Armed Forces community by sponsoring my London Marathon run. The first £5,000 in donations made through this page will be matched by an equal donation from 288 Group.
