When a great friend rang me last year and told me he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer - to say I was shocked is an understatement - I can only imagine what was going through his mind during the following weeks & months. Glad to say that he is post op, very much still here and a testimony to the power of prayer, positivity and God's grace.

I was desperate to ride in the Prudential Ride London - the worlds biggest cycle sportive and to combine that with raising money for Prostate UK seemed a no brainer. That's where you come in. I want to raise as much as possible - a minimum of £750 has been set by the charity Men United - but I am confident we can smash that total. Please give what you can and remember to give gift aid if you pay tax.
