We unexpectedly lost our Mum, Patricia Ward, in February 2013. Although she was terminally ill, we thought we would have more time with her. We were shocked when she departed so suddenly. During her illness though, she was supported by the Macmillan nurses. They were a source of strength to her and my sister, who always spoke very highly of them. I want to pay them back for the help and guidance they gave.
