Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Having watched my Father-in-Law battle with and eventually succumb to the monster that is Alzheimer's I decided to participate in the Ben Nevis Challenge to raise funds  & awareness for the Alzheimer's Society. According to the organisers it is a 'very tough' challenge for those with a good level of fitness, however I am an overweight, unfit middle-aged man who isn't keen on heights and so it was quite a challenge for me. Oh, and by the way, I should mention the climb was at night!
