For some years now I've been giving away my winter fuel allowance and the cost of Christmas cards and postage, but choosing which worthy cause to give to is very difficult. Then my son drew my attention to Ruddi's Retreat, and I decided to give to them. This year I wanted to do a bit more. I've been singing and acting all my life - mainly in amateur operatics (G & S), so I thought singing 100 songs (folk, Christmas, yes, G & S too) in one session might be a suitable challenge!
