Story
Ok, so this is scary! I was diagnosed with MS nearly 28 years ago and, as many of us experience at the time we are told, can perceive life is over.
In many ways it is, be it our future plans, our dreams, our mobility, relationships or our mental capabilities. But as we approach MS Awareness week 25th April - 1st May

I wanted to challenge myself to something I had told myself 15 years ago that I couldn't do. Run!
I had an attack (MS is for most of us a journey of attack and recovery as we battle with our immune system attacking ourselves) and at the time had started running but alongside I lost my mum and had changed job. When I recovered I told myself "I don't do running". But now I am challenging that and hopefully raising money for a local MS charity who were and are supportive for me and others like me along the way The Chiltern MS centre near Aylesbury, Bucks
Just started week 2!!!!!
