This special 2-hour class will have you flowing through a series of gentle vinyasa flows (one posture per breath leading to another in sequence) as we build warmth in the body and connect to what makes us who we are. During this practice, we will build up to 108* gentle vinyasa as you’ve never done before creating an accessible and nourishing practice for all levels. Finishing with a guided relaxation, tea and yummy food (including my famous Scottish tablet) all in aid of raising funds for Macmillan and those needing support during challenging times.*this is not a regular 108 sun salutation practice
