Myself, Steve (Yogi - for one night only, thanks Damo!) and Amelie (DJ Spamalam) have put on a couple of DJ sets now for family and friends during lockdown. This came about as a way of being able to interact and have fun with everyone! 

Amelie (7yrs old) has gone on to super stardom appearing on BBC 6 Music, BBC 5 Live, Felixstowe Radio and Newsround. The response has been incredible and we wanted to do something extra for this event. As we’re celebrating it being the weekend of Glastonbury Festival we thought it would be a great idea to raise some money for Suffolk Mind by asking people to donate what they’d spend on a festival drink or two. 

We’ve been fortunate enough to have regular contact with our friends and family which has been good for our mental well being. We value the support Suffolk Mind provides for our community in that field and wanted to show our appreciation by hopefully raising some money to help them continue this work, particularly now during these strange times.

How we’re raising money: In keeping with the festival spirit we’re asking you to buy a virtual drink! At the Mi Glasto! Festival a virtual drink costs: £5 and all proceeds go to Suffolk Mind.

Mi Glasto! Festival is happening on Saturday 27th June 2020 between 15:00-17:00. On the day - if you’d like a message shown/read out please let us know and one of us will get that done for you! 

So put on your festival glam or sensible wellies and join us for a dance!
