My name is Stephanie and I am running The Twins Trust Bereavement Support Group community 5k!! 

As you may know, I gave birth to my beautiful twins on 07/08/2021, Arran and Brora. We experienced the unthinkable when we were told our darling girl had died. This was truly the worst day of our lives. No reason just no heartbeat. At a complete low I was directed to join the Twins Trust BSG and found support when I needed it most. I have always found running therapeutic but struggled to dust off my trainers after the birth of my babies. This event has given me the inspiration to run not just for this amazing charity and raise money but for the memory of Brora and for myself. 

Any donation will go a long way. This charity may be small but it is so important. Every bereaved parent deserves to have a community as supportive at the Twins Trust BSG
