Me and mum are doing a 5 day Trek around Iceland to help more people in my situation. As many of you know, I was diagnosed with a rare blood cancer in 2011. It was a very scary time and still is some days. I want more people to be aware of these conditions and to raise money so that charities like MPN can support newly diagnosed people in the same way that they have supported me.
