Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 13th May 2012 I will be taking part in a Walkathon for Harry Moseley. Harry was a young boy who died from a Brain Tumour and this Charity is very close to our hearts as we lost our young Nephew Cameron to a Brain Tumour in 2006.

Like Harry, Cameron was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour in 2005 and after an operation and Chemotherapy Cameron was in remission. Sadly, shortly after the Tumour came back more aggresively and Cameron had a further operation and Radiotherapy. But the Tumour was too aggressive and Cameron passed away 29th October 2006.

Cameron was a brave little boy like Harry, and they have inspired me to do the walk in aid of a well deserved cause.

About the charity

It's bewildering and unsettling for anyone going into hospital but especially for children and that is why we are a fundraising hospital. We raise funds to enhance the experience of our patients by providing state of the art medical equipment and facilities and creating a child-friendly environment.
