Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the weekend of 10/11 March 2012 I'm riding my bike with two friends and our fathers from London down to Emsworth on the south coast in Hampshire. It's a journey of about 80 miles (130km) and we are going to do it over 2 days. I want to do this ride to raise money for Parkinson's UK. My grandmother in Australia suffered from Parkinson's disease for 12 years before her death last year following a high risk brain operation to try to restore some of the quality of life that she had lost. A successful operation would have allowed her to come to the UK last Christmas to spend time with us. Sadly, this didn't happen. Your donation to Parkinson's UK could help to find a cure and improve the lives of everyone affected by this degenerative disease.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
