As many of you know I will be attempting to run the Bupa Great North Run in September 2010 and I will be raising money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Multiple Sclerosis is one of the most common disabling neurological conditions affecting young adults, with around 100,000 people in the UK have MS. The MS Society works to promote and fund reasearch.

I know that a lot of people ask for sponsor money all the time but I would be very grateful for your support. I really don't expect much.
