My husband, mam and I have decided to give up alcohol for the month of October.  While doing this, why not raise some much needed funding for our local RSPCA branch.

The Altrincham Cheshire RSPCA is our local branch and an independent charity which relies heavily on the work of it's volunteers and fundraising activities such as this.

I have volunteered for the branch for a number of years now and have fostered a lot of animals in my time with them.....chinchillas, rats, mice, hamsters, rabbits, guinea pigs.  I really do love doing this.  

There are so many animals that come into the branch, and as you can image the cost of their care from vet bills, neutering, feeding and housing really does mount up very quickly.

Any money that you could donate would be very much appreciated.  I will keep you posted on how we get on too!
