Jess will be walking from Stone Scout Hut in Dartford to Sittingbourne Salvation Army Hall, A total of 24 miles over 4 days. She will be walking, with a little help from our scouting family, from her Dads old scout hall to her own. We will be camping each night and hope to complete our walk on Sunday 31st July in time for the end of the Salvation Army Service so she can celebrate her achievement.

Scouts has been a massive part of her Dad’s life and we are so excited she has taken it on with as much enjoyment. 1st Sittingbourne have been such a support to Jess in what has been a challenging year and have helped her to gain confidence, feel included and begin to learn skills that will set her up for life.  #skillsforlife

1st Sittingbourne is looking to replace tents and other equipment that was damaged during the lockdowns when the trailer they were stored in sustained damage.
