THREE WEEKS TO GO!!!!!

Whilst training in the rain and cold for the Vienna Half Marathon today, it occurred to me that there must be something good that can come out of it as my body certainly wasn't feeling the benefit! What better solution than to swap my exhaustion and effort for pennies for a worthy cause, Cancer Research UK.

Since being home in Britain over Christmas, I've had chance to reflect on loved ones that I've lost due to this cruel disease and how much I miss them, and unjust cancer is. We need to do something to change all that and because cancer affects all, we all need to do our bit. So this is mine: I'm aiming to raise £400 to help shape the future of cancer. Let's fight it together.

Please give anything you can, it takes literally seconds and every penny really does make a difference. Please help make all the miles that I'll be running worth it!
